Kok-Hong Chan

Kok-Hong Chan is an IP technologist at Google Cloud. He is responsible for the interface IP development and integration strategy for the custom AI/ML chips. Prior to joining Google, he garnered over 20 years of experience at Altera and Intel Corporation. His experience includes mixed signal interface IP design and IO architecture. He is passionate about die-to-die interconnect technologies, 2.5D and 3D advanced packaging, advanced process nodes and IP ecosystem enabling. He holds over 10 patents in chip design.
